We accept returns and exchanges on new products within 14 days of purchase.

All unused items in the original condition are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Your funds will be refunded to the original payment method for your convenience.

All cosmetic items are considered hygienic products. Therefore, we do not allow opened or used items to be returned for the safety of all our customers.

If you have received a faulty or damaged product, please contact us with photos of the product within 7 days of purchase. We will gladly send out a replacement.
